Position Description and Requirements
- Workload - Full time - 30 to 45 hours per week
- Candidates must be available Monday through Friday 8:30am to 7:00pm and Saturdays for a 3 hour and 20 minute session
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Special Education or other related field
- Minimum 1 year experience working with children with special needs, such as Autism, implementing behavior and educational goals and programs
- Experience with Discrete Trial and ABA preferred
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of the basic principles of behavior modification and the programs provided by Innovative Pathways Inc.
- Willing to drive to client locations in the East Bay Area
Compensation
$17 to $24 per hour depending on experience, plus benefits
Full time ABA Instructor (Spanish Speaking) - East Bay Area
Position Description and Requirements
